Digital Records

ProAirResearch digitizes aircraft maintenance records to create a secure, organized, and fully searchable digital archive. Original logbooks and supporting documents are scanned and preserved to protect against loss due to fire, water damage, or other unforeseen events.

All documents are processed using Optical Character Recognition (OCR), allowing instant keyword searches across airframe, engine, propeller, appliance, AD, and major repair/alteration records.

Once established, the digital logbook file can be continuously updated with copies of all subsequent maintenance, inspections, and component changes, ensuring an accurate and uninterrupted maintenance history is maintained over the life of the aircraft.

When combined with the ProAirResearch Maintenance Due Report, the digital record set becomes a powerful asset for operational planning, regulatory compliance, pre-buy inspections, and resale—providing transparency, credibility, and increased confidence for prospective buyers.
