ProAirResearch digitizes aircraft maintenance logbooks to create a secure, organized, and fully searchable digital archive. Original logbooks are scanned and preserved to protect against loss due to fire, water damage, or other unforeseen events.

All log books are processed using Optical Character Recognition (OCR), enabling instant keyword searches across airframe, engine, propeller, appliance, Airworthiness Directive compliance, and major repair or alteration entries.

Once established, the digital archive can be continuously updated with subsequent maintenance and inspection entries — ensuring an accurate and uninterrupted maintenance history throughout the life of the aircraft.

When integrated with the ProAirResearch Maintenance Due Report, the digital record set becomes a structured operational asset supporting maintenance planning, regulatory compliance, pre-buy evaluations, and resale preparation — providing transparency, credibility, and increased buyer confidence.
